1st & 2nd Service Ushers
- Collect response cards
- Rubber band together
- Label the top card with the service time.
- Place labeled bundle in the response card basket inside the security room.
3rd Service Ushers
- Collect response cards
- Rubber band together
- Label the top card with the service time.
- Place labeled bundle in the response card basket inside the security room
- Once money has been dropped, identify ( from each service) all First Time Guests, Second Time Guests, People who made a decision for Christ, and People who want to be baptized.
- Separate the total number of responses that need a first touch this afternoon and split in half between the 2 deacons with this assignment this week.
- Each deacon will take a photo of each card they are to contact and post the photo to the response card slack channel to be shared with staff and other deacons.
Add Photos To Slack
- Take photo with camera app.
- Click “share” button
- Locate slack icon and select
- Make sure #responsecard-followup channel is selected and press send

Next Steps
Once texts and/or calls have been made, return to the corresponding photo in slack channel and reply to the photo by tapping on photo and selecting reply.
Reply to each photo with “Texted- No response” or “Texted- Responded”
This is also an opportunity to share anything that you feel needs to be shared about the communication, or share notes with leadership about each person you’re connecting with. For example: is there something we can be praying for them about? Any way we can support them?
On Monday Afternoons, Amy will review the correspondence in slack and compare it to paper response to make sure that we have made contact and documented all events from the preceding Sunday.
